All donations made to the Indian InQuilab Party are considered final and are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as an erroneous duplicate transaction, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such request must be made in writing to info@iip.org.in within 7 days of the transaction, providing full details of the donation and the reason for the refund request. The decision to grant a refund remains at the sole discretion of the Indian InQuilab Party.
We are committed to transparency in our financial dealings. While individual donation amounts may not be publicly disclosed for privacy reasons, we will provide aggregated financial reports as required by law and internal policies.
